Forgot Master Password

Your master password is NOT stored on our server or applications for the safety reason, so there is no way to retrieve or reset it. The password hint you entered when signing up is the only clue to help in recalling the master password. Enter your email in the left form, and the password hint will be sent to you within a few minutes.

In the worst situation that you can not recall the master password even from the password hint, please contact us to reset your account. By resetting the account, you can specify a new master password; however all your data stored on the server will be wiped out.
